ROB TRUETT, MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Rob founded TRG and brings over 15 years of experience across all facets of commercial real estate investing. Throughout his career, Rob worked alongside some of the most talented individuals at leading global institutions including J.P. Morgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City. Rob also worked for Equity One, a publicly traded REIT prior to merging with Regency Centers and, most recently, held executive positions at two high net worth private offices, PEBB Enterprises and JBL Asset Management.
With a depth of knowledge ranging from sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, partnership structuring, capital raising, negotiating highly structured loans, asset management and business plan execution, construction, development and, ultimately dispositions, Rob brings a differentiated and disciplined approach to commercial real estate investing. Rob graduated with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Florida State University and obtained a Master's in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate investing, he practiced as a CPA.
Rob resides in Delray Beach, FL with his beautiful and supportive wife Ashley and three young children - Jordan, Todd and Addison. He enjoys golfing (with the limited time he has!) and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family, friends and partners.
ANDREW VOGEL, PRINCIPAL
Assertive. Persistent. Versatile.
Andrew joined TRG in 2020 with a determined focus to grow an existing family owned retail portfolio by overseeing the leasing and management while extracting value through development and redevelopment projects. A few existing national tenants in Andrew's diversified shopping center portfolio include many leading national retailers including Publix, Aldi, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond and Michaels.. Additionally, Andrew will focus on site sourcing and business plan execution of TRG's preferred development platform.
Born and raised in New York, Andrew brings a strong sense of business acumen and operational expertise to TRG. Having owned, operated and successfully sold numerous businesses ranging from gas stations / convenience stores to automotive body shops. Andrew's ability to acquire, operate and successfully turnaround businesses in the retail landscape while delivering unmatched customer service provides a unique perspective necessary to successfully navigate through an evolving retail landscape.
