Rob Truett founded Truett Realty Group and brings over 15 years of experience across all facets of commercial real estate investing. Throughout his career, Rob worked alongside some of the most talented individuals at leading international institutions including J.P. Morgan Real Estate Investment Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City. Rob also worked for Equity One, a publicly traded REIT prior to merging with Regency Centers and, most recently, was the Chief Investment Officer for a highly entrepreneurial and inspiring family office, PEBB Enterprises, and most recently, served as the CEO of JBL Asset Management.
Throughout his career, Rob closed in excess of $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions. He was involved in all facets of the business. With a depth of knowledge ranging from sourcing acquisitions, underwriting, structuring partnerships, raising equity, negotiating highly structured loans, overseeing asset management and business plan execution, construction, development and, ultimately dispositions to realize gains, Rob brings a differentiated investment and brokerage approach that is unlike any other. He believes that the most valued traits in the industry are trust, execution, results and relationships. Rob graduated with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Florida State University and obtained a Master's in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate investing, he obtained a CPA license which built a strong foundation for his ability to understand numbers and quickly determine where to focus Truett Realty Group's time and energy to realize outsized returns.
Rob resides in Delray Beach, FL with his beautiful and supportive wife Ashley and three young kids - Jordan, Todd and Addison. He enjoys golfing (with the limited time he has!) and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family, friends and partners.
