This investment opportunity was attractive to us due to the strong sense of community that Hyde Park has to offer along with the exclusive nature of owning commercial real estate in Hyde Park (it's not available often...). It's also pretty cool to have lululemon as a tenant!

With a strong mix of national, regional and local retailers, Market at Westchase provides a strategic location for entrepreneurial spirits to flourish in a highly diversified community. We were thrilled to acquire from a publicly traded REIT and will continue to manage the property beyond institutional standards to ensure our tenants, many of which are local businesses, will continually thrive.
